Introduction: Burpees are a full body exercise, which work almost every body muscle.
Jump Mechanics: Begin standing. Move into a squat position with your hands on the floor. Kick the legs back to a press up position. Lower your chest to the floor. Push your chest back up to the press up position. Thrust both feet forward back into the squat position. Jump up and raise both hands over your head.
Load: 2 Ankle
Perform: 3 sets of 10 reps
